tengvoX professional services limited, a management consulting and advisory firm was established to deliver strategic guidance on business sustainability, to small and medium enterprises, and large corporations. Our head office is located in Lagos, the commercial capital of Nigeria. However, we are operational in major cities across the country.

Effective corporate governance sets the trajectory of an organisation’s growth, looking to the future. It also ensures institution of a viable risk management framework, to adequately minimise threats and maximise business opportunities. Tied to this, company secretary-ship works to secure integrity of the corporate governance structure, ensure efficient administration of the enterprise or company and its compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements; and to implement decisions of the board of directors. We are highly trained to provide fit-for-purpose advisory services and drive competitive advantage, through effective engagements in these areas.

In addition, the art of governance covers the determination of the reputation that an enterprise or company seeks to establish, and then laying the foundation on which management decisions will facilitate the organisation’s engagement with its stakeholders, in line with its identified objectives. Executive Director

Oyetola Oduyemi is a versatile professional with extensive knowledge and skills acquired within different sectors. Acknowledged as focused, committed and resourceful, ‘Tola consistently develops strong partnerships that ensure the successful delivery of strategic goals.

She is widely recognised as a sustainability expert; with a proven track record of innovative business enhancements and a detailed understanding of management techniques and award-winning strategies for success. She demonstrates a specific capacity for developing, nurturing and delivering win-win results.

Director

Oyelekan Oluwaseun Ajayi’s keen interest in transformative sustainability of Nigeria, informed her decision to read Agricultural Economics and Farm Management, at the prestigious University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. She graduated in 2000. Oyelekan’s career has spanned many industries, and she has worked extensively in marketing and sales executive roles. Her strength lies in her ability to push limits and boundaries, to achieve set goals and objectives.

She has held leadership roles and also mentored quite a few aspiring business leaders. She believes in the importance of emotional intelligence, a broad knowledge base, and strong networking skills; as the tripod of building a sustainable workplace environment.

Oyelekan is passionate about Nigeria and she is committed to playing her role in building a better Nigeria.
